  • Continuing The Official snicks Top 100 Lost Hits Of The 80′s! Today it’s #66 … “DO IT FOR LOVE” by Sheena Easton. The mid-80′s were a transitional time for Sheena. The first half of the decade saw her greatest success, with classic ballads and pop nuggets, but something changed around the time that her “Sugar Walls” began heating up. She went for a more dance sound after that, starting with her Nile Rodgers-produced Do You? album in 1985. I prefer the early Sheena, but the infectious “Do It For Love” should have been a bigger hit, peaking at #29 in December of 1985. Monday’s Clue – “She’s sitting in the latest styles, with open legs, and mysterious smiles”
