Birthday shoutouts go to Casper Van Dien (above), who is 45, Rachel Griffiths is 45, Katie Holmes is 33, Sia is 38, and Christina Aguilera is 33.
No, Pope Francis Is Not the LGBT Person of the Year
Well, here’s something new: A same-sex couple will marry atop a float during the Rose Parade, which I understand is football related, and not a tribute to St. Olaf.
I love Andy Roddick, and miss his swagger and VPL on the tennis court, and now there’s finally a chance to see his hot adorkability off the court. Hollywood Game Night returns for a holiday special on Monday, and below you can see Jane Lynch lead the celebs (including Andy) in a round of karaoke.
Oscar winner (and faboo ally) Marlee Matlin is appearing on Glee this spring as a nationals judge (as herself). She tweeted out this fantastic preview.

It’s week four of “Addicts Anonymous,” and Freddie Smith‘s Gary orders his charges to … Boot Camp! This is the funniest episode yet, from Gary’s tight neon green top and hard-ass attitude, to … “syphillis tastes like watermelon.”
Here’s the first trailer for Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes, with Gary Oldman and Andy Serkis returning as Caesar.
Justin Bieber has retired. End of story.
Ship My Trousers – Holiday edition.
And here’s The Weekly ShoutOUT™. Each week we’re going to focus on one out athlete/performer and feature a daily pic and career timeline. We’ll be showcasing the big names, but also the lesser-known gay celebs who deserve more recognition. This week we give a ShoutOUT™ to … Maulik Pancholy.
Since 2008, Maulik has provided the voice of Baljeet on the wildly popular Phineas & Ferb. Here he is with the rest of the cast on “The Twelve Days of Christmas”
And now we have the TOP 50 SCI-FI/FANTASY FILMS OF THE 80’S! This was originally going to be a Top 25 sci-film list, followed by a Top 25 fantasy film list, but there was so much overlap (and it’s difficult to differentiate between the two with some films), that I decided to combine both lists. At #26 is … Superman II
Still the greatest Superman movie ever made (sorry Henry, you’re second), Superman II took the Lois/Superman romance head on (though it copped out at the end), and it had one of the all time great screen villains in General Zod (as well as the invaluable Ursa, played by the invaluable Sarah Douglas). Oh, and this is the only Superman movie on the list, but it’s not our only tribute to a former Krypton citizen. That’s all I’m going to say.
Congrats to showler , who was the first to correctly guess that yesterday’s Pixuzzle™ © ® was Being Human
