And now we have the 50 GREATEST LOST HITS OF THE 90’S! I’ve often ragged on the pop music of the 90’s for being an arid desert devoid of fun, but there were bright spots, including these 50 songs, which should have performed better on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Like The 100 Greatest Lost Hits Of The 80’s countdown, this list is very female-centric (what can I say, I like rock chicks), but hopefully, some of these pop gems may trigger a long dormant memory.

It was a big movie ballad, the film was a hit, and the song was written and produced by glossy ballad maestro David Foster. But it was not to be, as “Remember Me This Way” peaked at a paltry #80 in August 1995.
