And here’s The Weekly ShoutOUT™. Each week we’re going to focus on one out athlete/performer and feature a daily pic and career timeline. We’ll be showcasing the big names, but also the lesser-known gay celebs who deserve more recognition. This week we give a ShoutOUT to … Jonathon Groff. Wrapping up our week with Jonathan, he has a very exciting year ahead of him. He’s starring in the HBO production of The Normal Heart and the HBO series Looking, which could be a groundbreaking look at gay single life. And he also has one of the lead voices in the upcoming animated feature Frozen

And now we have the 50 GREATEST LOST HITS OF THE 90′S! I’ve often ragged on the pop music of the 90′s for being an arid desert devoid of fun, but there were bright spots, including these 50 songs, which should have performed better on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Like The 100 Greatest Lost Hits Of The 80′s countdown, this list is very female-centric (what can I say, I like rock chicks), but hopefully, some of these pop gems may trigger a long dormant memory.

At #32 is … “Maybe Love Will Change Your Mind” by Stevie Nicks. The Goddess had a rough time in the early 90′s, and that was evident in the worst (selling and in quality) album of her career, 1994′s Street Angel. Recorded while Stevie was battling an … allergic reaction to cold medicine … and spending time … resting at day spas … she couldn’t give the album the attention it needed, and it showed. There were a couple of bright spots on the album, including the underrated first (and only charting) single “Maybe Love Will Change Your Mind.” Unfortunately, it was met with a shrug by the public, peaking at #57 in July.
