Fox Orders More “Sleepy Hollow”, Nathan Fillion Visits “Community” and Hallmark Orders an Eric Mabius Drama

In surprising news, Fox has ordered a second season of Sleepy Hollow. The supernatural drama has been doing well enough to merit a full-season order (which is what most new shows get for doing well) but Fox has decided to keep the first season a short 13-episodes.

Nathan Fillion has signed up for a guest-role on Community. He’ll appear in one episode as a “politically savvy head custodian”. No word if Abed notices his resemblance to Captain Mal.

Here’s some news to put a smile on your face that will last all weekend, Stevie Nicks is a big Game of Thrones fan and she credits the fantasy drama for pulling her out of a bad time when she was grieving for her mother and battling pneumonia. She’s even written poetry about the characters and wants to write songs for the show.

If that doesn’t make you happy, here’s something for the animation nerds — a reboot of ReBoot is in the works, in time for the series’ 20th anniversary.

Rob Lowe hasn’t left Parks & Recreation yet but Deadline reports NBC has already started developing a comedy around him. The Pro would have Lowe as a former tennis champion who lost all his money and is now trying to scheme his way back into riches. Out director Todd Holland (who directed the pilots for Malcolm in the Middle, Wonderfalls and Go On) will direct the pilot.

America’s Next Top Model (CW) 9:00 PM ET
Sometimes America’s Next Top Model is about preparing wide-eyed hopefuls for how incredibly cruel the fashion industry is to models. That’s my desperate attempt, at least, to provide a sympathetic context to tonight’s challenge where comedian Reggie Watts pretends to be a commercial director with ridiculous demands.

Hawaii Five-0 (CBS) 9:00 PM ET
The Five-0 team are seeking a missing Texas ranger (I’m guessing that’s why Tim Daly is wearing the cowboy hat), but I suspect most of you are more interested in hearing that TBL-fave Brando Eaton is listed in the guest-cast.
