Drop Dead Diva creator Josh Berman promises the legal drama’s final season, “is going to be a very satisfying season where all the ends are tied up.”

Dan Bucatinsky says to The Wrap that creatively it was necessary for Scandal to kill a major character, “The threat of death on a show like this, if it doesn’t pay off occasionally, the audience begins to scream bulls–t.” He’s right, you can’t have big cliffhangers if everyone expects all the major characters to survive. (See: massacre, Moldavian.)

First the ABC Family pilot Alice in Arabia raised eyebrows due to a description that seemed potentially offensive. Then, a review of the pilot script by Buzzfeed that called it “dotted with cultural inaccuracies and stereotypes.” Amid all that controversy, ABC Family has scrapped the pilot. Don’t worry, we’ll probably get to have the same debate when FX’s Tryant debuts.

Community‘s animated episode will be a G.I. Joe parody according to EW. I am disappointed that no one is wearing The Baroness‘s awesome eyeglasses.

A math teacher in France has a new technique to keep his class quiet, if things get too rowdy, he uses his knowledge of George R.R. Martin‘s books to spoil Game of Thrones. And to prove that his threat was serious, he wrote a list of all the characters who die in season three. Unfortunately, there was no video of this moment, which would have been an amazing new take on the “people react to the Red Wedding” videos.

EW has two more pictures from NBC’s Rosemary’s Baby remake.

J.B. Smoove will host the revamped (again) eighth season of Last Comic standing with Roseanne Barr, Keenen Ivory Wayans and Russell Peters judging.

Here’s something for you soap opera nerds/Breaking Bad fans. Did you know that Bryan Cranston was part of the original cast of Loving? (He was on the soap for two years.) And that he was featured in a teen magazine?

Bryan CranstonAh, the days when those shorts would have been considered fairly modest.

The upcoming fourth season of The Boondocks will be the series’ final season and creator Aaron McGruder won’t be involved.

Alfre Woodard will play the president in NBC’s Katherine Heigl pilot. I’m suppressing all memories of some of Woodard’s past shows like My Own Worst Enemy to look forward to visit a world where an Alfre Woodard character is president.

Olivia Newton-John shows up on today’s episode.

Switched at Birth (ABC Family) 8:00 PM ET
It’s finale night for ABC Family’s line-up of big drama and social issues and on Switched at Birth that means Kateryn‘s novel has been leaked (and Renzo is a major suspect, if that means Alec Mapa gets scrsen time, I’ll take it) while Bay tries to figure out if Emmett‘s online girlfriend is catfishing him and Daphne encountering the man who robbed her food truck.

Sean Perdy and Vanessa Marano in "Switched at Birth"

How I Met Your Mother (CBS) 8:00 PM ET
We’re a week away from the series finale and “cold feet” hasn’t been checked off yet from the worn-out list of wedding complications for romantic comedies. Thus, tonight both Barney and Robin are having second thoughts. I guess that’s preferable to going back to jokes about SUVs being gas guzzlers or anything involving more Sherri Shepherd.

Being Human (Syfy) 9:00 PM ET
The mystery of Little Smokie comes back into focus as we get one step closer to the series finale, Sally wakes up in her time and Smokie’s secret bedroom-slash-sacrificial-chamber is discovered. That’s in addition to Aidan smuggling Kenny out of Boston and that wolf pack who thinks Josh is the key to wolves establishing superiority over other supernatural species.

Sam Witwer shirtless with Meghean Rath in "Being HUman"

The Tomorrow People (CW) 9:00 PM ET
Jedikiah gets one step closer to negotiating a straight alliance between ULTRA and The Tomorrow People when he recruits Stephen and John to kill the founder of ULTRA. If I thought this had a chance of changing ULTRA’s “When in doubt, kill someone” corporate culture, I’d be rooting for them. I think we’ll sooner see Marla becoming a bigger part of The Tomorrow People’s missions.

The Fosters (ABC Family) 9:00 PM ET
Okay. Brandon spends the past several episodes doing stupid and frequently-criminal acts and when he’s finally arrested, it’s for something he didn’t do? He’s created quite a mess for his moms and his dad to clean up. Worse, it might put Callie and Jude‘s adoption in jeopardy.

Meanwhile, you can spend the hiatus determining the meaning of Colin’s expression
when Judd gets a call from a girl.

RuPaul’s Drag Race (Logo) 9:00 PM ET
It’s the moment you wait for every year, it’s time for the dolls to deliver their best celebrity impersonations for the Snatch Game. The lucky guest judges are Loretta Devine and Ross Mathews.

Archer (FX) 10:00 PM ET
For the third part of Sterling, Ray and Cyrus‘ attempt to escape from Colombia, Sterling gets a chance to go undercover as his usual undercover ID “Randy“. I hope the episode will also tell us why Sterling is so obsessed with the dad from South Park.

ArcherAt a different time, I’d say Pam’s got the right idea with the whipped cream.

Bates Motel (A&E) 10:00 PM ET
Norma gets a chance to join White Pine society. Considering her tendency to speak… unfiltered, I’m sure she’ll have no trouble getting accepted.

Teen Wolf (MTV) 10:00 PM ET
It’s time for the season finale. That likely means a final battle with the nogitsune and, sadly, the end of watching Styles with that fiendish sparkle in his eyes.

Evil or not, it’s been fun to watch Stiles be a badass.

Chozen (FX) 10:30 PM ET
Chozen and his crew get a chance for their career to reach the next level — in childrens’ television. Since many rap legends started in children’s television (we all remember watching Queen Latifah’s Neighborhood and 3-2-1 Chuck D, right?) that should be a great step for them.

The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon (NBC) 11:25 PM ET
Tonights show includes  Vampire Weekend.
